The best thing about being a photographer in the wedding industry is the people. From my couples to the vendors, it's the best thing to connect with new people. Everyone involved in this shoot did amazing creating the moody and romantic vibes from this boho inspired shoot in Sedona.
A goal I set for myself this year was to put together a styled shoot with local vendors here in Arizona. It seems simple, but truthfully it took a bit of courage for me to reach out. I don't have thousands of Instagram followers or Facebook page likes; but I figured, what do I have to lose? The worst thing that can happen is they say no or don't reply. So if own your business and have a vision for a shoot, put yourself out there!
When you just go for it, awesome things happen.
I loved working with all of the incredible women and Brad who were a part of this shoot. I highly recommend the vendors who contributed to this shoot (all of who are listed and linked at the end of this post). A few of them were vendors at my own wedding and they all have a special spot in my heart. The models are a real engaged couple, which was important to me when Misty and I started planning. I'm so glad we kept it simple and intimate; it really allowed me to spend time experimenting with light and creating images that I'm really proud of.
